Back In Black

I've been off the airwaves (binary strings...?) for the last week or so as I was over in Melbourne for the Australian Polo Nationals. Our team, Ivan Mallet (below), were thrilled with the 5th place finish, while the other Adelaide team, The Beaumont Children, managed to take 4th with help from our honorary Adelaidean; Morgan (above).



While I did have net access a few times, I chose to have a break from all blog/forum/web activity for the duration of the trip, now I'm back and have some catching up to do. I'm slowly sifting through the copious photos I took over there and they'll be added to the flickr in due time but for now I'll just have to steal a few that are already posted.
I had such a great time over there and met so many fantastic people from all over (Perth, Qld, Vic, NSW, Germany, US, etc), I'm seriously thinking that I may have to venture over to the Worlds in Berlin next year and see how they do it in the European scene.
